Project timelines and deliverables depend on the specific service package selected.
4. Payments and Billing

- Clients must pay according to the agreed invoice or contract

Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date:

Refund Policy

7. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing performance depends on many external factors including:

- Market competition
- Ad platform policies
- Audience behavior
RMC Digital does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may involve platforms such as:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- TikTok
- Other advertising networks
RMC Digital is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or policy updates from these platforms.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:
- Business strategies
- Financial information
- Marketing data
- Login credentials
Confidential information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RMC Digital will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Business interruptions
- Loss of data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in the previous three months.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services:

- If the other party breaches these terms
- If payments are not made
Upon termination:
- Outstanding invoices remain payable
- Active campaigns may be paused immediately
